Cancellation Policy

3-5PM IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY BOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY Since appointments are reserved for you, BeautyByRy requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations/rescheduled appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment inside the 24 hour time frame of your appointment, there will be a 30% charge of the scheduled service using the card on file for the deposit. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment outside of the 24 hour window, no charge will be issued. However, a client may only reschedule an appointment twice before a 30% charge of said service will be issued. For tinting, waxing, and lash appointments will have a 5 minute grace period. Lash lift, brow lamination, makeup, and facial appointments will have a 10 minute grace period, depending on the length of the service. Arriving any later than the grace period for services may result in either a service modification or inability to complete any service - Both will still result in 30% of the service fee in addition to your original service fee. If there is an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. RETAINERS BeautyByRy’s RETAINER policy involves requiring a non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, a flat fee of 30% of the service cost that is already calculated for you, to secure the appointment and compensate for no-shows or late cancellations. This policy helps ensure clients take their appointments seriously and reduces the risk of lost revenue for BeautyByRy. Your retainer, if there is no changes to your appointment, will be applied to your total. For example, a custom facial is $80. The retainer required is 30% of the service, so a 24$ . If there are no problems with your appointment, you will only owe 56$ after the service. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY While the goal at BeautyByRy is to make sure its product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. If you have received a skincare consultation or treatment from me, I welcome your slightly used product as a return if you had an adverse reaction within 7 days of purchase. You may choose another product if equal value or get a full refund in the form of credit. However, if you have not received a treatment or consultation from BeautyByRy prior to purchasing a product, she cannot accept any returns (used or unused).  REFUNDS No refunds on retainers or services after completion. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received please contact me immediately so together we can reach a solution. ETIQUETTE AT BEAUTYBYRY BeautyByRy prides itself of professionalism and requests the same from its clients. If at any point there is any inappropriate language, behavior or sexual advances/suggestions, it will result in the immediate termination of present and future appointments, as well as events hosted/co-hosted by BeautyByRy and can result in legal action or prosecution.  GIFT CERTIFICATES AND CARDS Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.  BeautyByRy is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards; lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards will not be replaced.  Original cash value of Gift Certificates / Gift Cards will be honored toward purchase of a treatment or any products offered in the salon. Expired gift cards or certificates will not be accepted. PRIVACY POLICY I have created this privacy policy to demonstrate my firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. I respect the privacy of my customers and will not release any customer information to third parties.  I never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone.  Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only.  Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between BeautyByRy and customers.  I respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings.
